Default Winter projects?

A few members have posted build threads detailing their winter projects, but for those who don't want to do an entire thread... What are your plans for the winter?

Well, I'm going to be doing a timing belt and water pump sometime this winter. I'd also like to put in a set of 5-speed camshafts while everything is apart. If things go well, I might be able to put a cobalt shock tower brace in and maaaaybe a JR header, but I won't hold my breath for that one. I also have to replace my cat and I need new tires.

Then come spring, all fluids are getting changed.

Other than that, no plans...

I can relate. My own plans for the winter -remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms- are only car-related in the sense that they'll ensure the house sells for a good price.. which will enable me to undertake a kick-ass project for early spring.

I'll be dismantling a front-collisioned 99. Already off to a good start.

Pick up the car, get it idling right, clean up the engine bay, flares hopefully, and some cheap coilovers just to hold me over. Nothing too special.

I build model steam engines in the winter. Car sits in an unheated garage, and I'm not going out there to work on anything.

My manufacturing class is building model steam engines. We have to machine every single part out of round or bar stock. My team has the stuart beam engine.
